I just made the recipe as listed above. But I kept reading it to see when I was supposed to melt the chocolate. Did I miss it? I noticed when I did add the chocolates the mixture appears a little grainy and seemed to separate. Help! Don't know if I should dump it and start over and wait until tomorrow to see if it is ok in the ice cream maker. Thanks for any help you can give me! I love your site and your recipes!
