And, folks were falling over themselves and me to get at it!! I was even asked to host a Manchego Cheesecake workshop! I changed the crust a bit, made it with a crust of herbed crackers, and added herbs to it. It was stunning - and now it's a favorite for all of us - ! Alas, now I'm trying to decide which to make with my spiral ham & Veg Barley soup for the holiday party...? THANKS!
