I made these cookies with a slight variation to add a bit of a Christmas flare. I took the dried cranberries and soaked them in dark rum and about 1/4 cup of sugar overnight to rehydrate. They are devine Peabody! Thanks so much! They are my new favorite cookie, and from a choco-holic...that is saying something! Thanks again. OMG!
