My parents were college Sunday School teachers and had lots of college students who are special to them. One of the girl's mother's makes cakes for a living and does a WONDERFUL yellow cake with caramel icing. This is the BEST cake I have ever had...I've decided that SHE'LL make my wedding cake! :-) Anyway, this makes me think of that...maybe I'll have to try it out of my mom one day and see how it compares! ;-) This REALLY makes me think of a cake that a lady my mom knows make.
