It reminds me of &#039;chausson aux pommes&#039; - a French version of yours. I used to make them for my cake stall, til I started to make Tarte Tatin instead &amp; didn&#039;t want two similar pastries competing on the table. 

Anyway, I look forward to your future posts!</description>
