		<description>I just made a pecan pie with maple syrup and maple cream. I added I think too much flour. just found your recipe. i figure next time I shouldn&#039;t use the maple cream or omit the flour. Maple cream is just maple syrup cooked longer to get real thick. 

I love pecans. Take fresh not rancid pecans. cook them in maple syrup till it gets all foamy. then bake them in the oven to dry off.   

Same thing with bacon but cook it only half way in the frying pan then simmer the bacon in maple syrup. Let it get all foamy and dry on a dish in a warm oven.</description>
