I loved the way those cookies look. I tried them and I couldn’t get them to come off the wax paper and I used the exact amount of flour. Any suggestions? Thanls

Hi, I’m really intrigued by these and I wish to make them soon but I’m having trouble finding the powdered egg whites. Is there something similar I could use instead?
