		<description>Just made these without the filling since I didn&#039;t have any of the ingredients. Also substituted the buttermilk with greek yogurt since that&#039;s what I had. I also ended up with 18 muffins instead of 16 even without the filling.

The muffins are a bit plain without the filling but they came out really fluffy with a lightly crisp top. I&#039;m thinking they&#039;ll be nice with a bit of whipped cream on top.</description>
