My gym has a cardio theater, if you don’t know what that is, large movie screen with cardio equipment in there so you can watch a movie and work out. It’s a blessing and a curse. A blessing because if it’s a good movie and you really get involved then you can have a long workout and a curse because I rarely do a hard workout because I am busy watching the movie. The other day they had on Sweet Home Alabama. It had just started and I got sucked into the whole movie. The scene where McDreamy’s mom tells Reese’s mom in the movie to go back to her double wide and fry something, and Reese turns around and punches her got me thinking. She fought so hard to move out and on with her life, but in the end her roots brought her back. So I ask, you can take the girl out of the trailer BUT you can you take the trash out of the girl?
