I was having writers block (still am) and insomnia from the Sudafed and so I thought I would just write random crap since I have had this recipe ready for days but nothing to go along with it. I think I am going to put my dog on DogShaming.com. She has a serious used Kleenex problem. She used to try and hide it like all good closet snot eating dogs should but NO she has gotten so brazen that she really doesn’t care if we are standing right there. I had a college moment today where the machine was down and I needed gas or else I wasn’t going anywhere. So I had to scavenger my car for money. Just a little over $6 in change. I felt like a moron paying the guy mostly in nickels but hey, it is what it is buddy. I had the slight need to punch him when he suggested that I only get $5 something in gas and buy a lotto ticket with a spare dollar. Cheesecake, eh?

When my brother was in high school he worked for Kentucky Fried Chicken as it was called back then (you know it as the oh so hip and cool KFC now). Every night he worked he would come home smelling like chicken grease. So much so that after two years of working there he kind of couldn’t eat chicken anymore. So when I went to work in a bakery and they said what would you like to work on? I said cheesecake. I had this great idea that cheesecake (which I loved so much) would become my fried chicken and I would stop wanting to eat it so much. Yeah, so that didn’t work so much. In fact all it did was make me much better at making cheesecake. And I got in charge of making the flavor of the month cheesecake. The pumpkin swirl was one of my first. First just want to say that I am pretty sure the person that wrote the email is real. They have an AOL address and an IP from Florida. In the words of my future mother-in-law she is probably a little on the senior side. Which is fine but may explain the repetitiveness (I hope). I do get some weird emails from time to time my other favorite is the man that asked for nude photos of me and of course the Refund Muffin. If you have never read those you probably should. Also yes, we have made the email a drinking game which can do some serious damage. So if you want that play at home version you will have to copy and paste that...as there is no print button for the email. What can I say...I'm not a best blog.
